Parry & Parry, P.C., and Parry Title Company, P.C. is a general practice law firm and title company based in Merrimac, MA. Our practice focuses on real estate and estate planning. We serve clients throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. A branch of our title company in Florida also assists buyers and sellers in the Sunshine State!

Meet Phil and Denise Parry

We’re Phil and Denise Parry, accredited attorneys and founders of Parry & Parry, P.C., and Parry Title Company. Together, we’ve both been in the industry for 25+ years!
Before becoming a husband and wife team, we grew up in the North Shore area and met in junior high school. Many years later, we reconnected when we both ended up working at the Registry of Deeds in Salem, MA.
After practicing under various attorneys over the years, we opened our own real estate and estate planning firm in 1998.
Phil’s expertise in zoning matters, title review, landlord-tenant law, and estate planning perfectly complements Denise’s extensive experience representing buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Together, we have a special touch for truly listening to clients and supporting them. Our clients are more than numbers. They feel cared for and know they can return for their future property and asset planning needs.
We are passionate about helping people purchase their dream homes and easing the burden of planning their future. From celebrating with first-time homebuyers who have just closed on their new property to completing a family’s estate plan, we enjoy helping clients achieve their goals.
Meet the Team
Our team consists of residential and commercial real estate attorneys, wills and trusts attorneys, and licensed title agents with decades of experience to meet your every need.
Denise has over 25 years of experience in real estate law. She specializes in residential real estate and contract drafting and review. Denise received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Hesser College and obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the Massachusetts School of Law.
Denise currently lives in Merrimac with her husband and enjoys spending time at her lake house in Sunapee, NH, with her family, reading, and relaxing in Naples, FL.
Denise is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and is a licensed title agent in Florida.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Phil attended The Governor's Academy in Byfield, MA, for high school followed by Colby College in Waterville, ME, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History. Phil then pursued his law degree and graduated from Massachusetts School of Law in 1993.
Today, Phil and his wife reside in Merrimac, MA. He enjoys spending his free time at his lake house in Sunapee, NH, relaxing with his family, and snowmobiling.
Phil is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Emily is an associate attorney specializing in Residential Real Estate. She grew up in Merrimac, MA, where she currently resides with her husband, Nick, and two daughters.
Emily received her undergraduate degree from Simmons College and her law degree from Massachusetts School of Law. She has been admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the State of New Hampshire.
In her free time, Emily enjoys relaxing at the beach and with her family and two dogs, Duncan and Kona.
Emily is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Philip was born and raised in Massachusetts and attended the Governor’s Academy for high school. He then obtained his bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University and later continued his studies by pursuing a law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
Philip has has worked at the firm for several years in different roles, and he now focuses on estate planning. He enjoys fostering an environment where his clients feel valued and understood.
Outside of work, Philip enjoys spending time with his friends and family, golfing, and following his favorite Boston sports teams.
Philip is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
